What gets listed

Real events from organisers people can identify. That's the only rule, and it isn't about taste: a listing has to point at someone accountable for it, so anyone reading can check it themselves.

Concerts, markets, classes, festivals, fundraisers, comedy nights, library programmes, street parties, one-offs at a bar. Online events are listed too, and clearly marked as online.

What doesn't: sales promotions dressed up as events, anything where I can't tell who's running it, and events outside the GTA.

What it costs

Nothing. happs is free to read and free to be listed on. It's early days and I'd rather have a genuinely complete list than a short paid one.

Already publish your events somewhere?

Then you only have to tell me once. Put the link in the form above and happs reads that page from then on, picking up everything you publish including future events, with nothing more from you. Whatever you already use is fine.
